City to discuss hiring circuit judge

With former City Judge Christie Halbardier retiring at the end of the year, the Nocona City Council will only now discuss hiring a “circuit judge” to handle the city’s municipal court functions as well as designating a court clerk during its January meeting scheduled for 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14 at City Hall.
