Eagles latest to fall to Lady Indians

Despite all the emotion of “Senior Night,” the Lady Indians methodically took down a solid Holliday Lady Eagles squad Tuesday securing a strangle-hold on second place in the District 8-3A conflict.
“I was nervous going into the game because we had been upset in the at Holliday in the first round,” Coach Tiffany Clay commented after the match. Holliday swept the Lady Indians in straight sets as the tribe had what everyone considered their worst game of the season.
“Even though we didn’t play well that game, I knew coming into tonight what Holliday was capable of because I saw it when they beat us,” she said.
