With the Grayson and East Willow Street intersection occupied for most of a day by a heavy lift crane, curiosity about what Texas-New Mexico Power is doing at the electric substation peaked last week.

“We recognize that there was a great deal of activity, including traffic being re-routed because of the rebuild work under way at our Nocona substation,” said TNMP Senior Communications Representative Eric Paul.
