Warrant nets 5 on drug charges

Sheriff’s deputies swarmed a residence at 410 Decatur Street early Wednesday morning resulting in the arrest of five local residents on drug charges.
“They notified me that they got some more probably cause, so I got called out and (Chief Deputy Sheriff) Jack (Lawson) went up there so we’d have enough people because there’s normally several people there in the house,” Sheriff Marshall Thomas detailed Wednesday afternoon.
“We swarmed it, K9, six of us and Nocona’s officer (Lee Ferris),” the sheriff said noting they converged on the house at 1:46 in the morning.
Arrested were:
–Dennis Ray Godwin, 58, on one count of possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 less than 1 gram, state jail felony.
–Shane Allen Deardeuff, 37, Nocona, one count of possession of a controlled substance PG 1 more than 1 but less than 4 grams, third degree felony.
–Amber Nicole Wallace, 32, Nocona, one count of possession of a controlled substance PG 1 more than 1 but less than 4 grams, third degree felony.
–Christina Michelle Harrington, 41, Nocona, one count of possession of a controlled substance PG 1 more than 1 but less than 4 grams, third degree felony.
–And Tabitha Lou Andrews, 30, Nocona, one count possession of a controlled substance PG 1 more than 1 but less than 4 grams third degree felony.
