Nortex wants Nocona on high fiber diet

Methodically, as enough customers in a neighborhood express interest, Nortex Communications is bringing the Age of Fiber Communications to Nocona.

Late in 2017, Nocona I.S.D. and the Nocona Economic Development Corporation announced that the NEDC and NISD had secured an E-Grant which would finance the extension of an existing fiber-optic trunk line in Saint Jo to Nocona High School and Nortex had been selected to provide the service.

The Muenster-based communications firm visited with the Nocona City Council last Tuesday night updating the city on their long-range plans for this community.
