Tom Glenn
DECATUR — Thomas R. Glenn, 67, died on March 14, 2020, in Decatur surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on Dec. 14, 1952, in Bay Springs, Miss., to Hilton and Gerlene Clark Glenn.
Tom had a remarkable work ethic and was a selfless member of the Bowie community, always willing to lend a helping hand to others when needed. He served in the National Guard and was honorably discharged after faithfully serving his country in 1979. He was also a respected member of The Montague County Cowboy Church.
He is survived by his children, Kenneth Glenn of Olathe, Kan., Charles Glenn of Bowie, and Felicity Clark of Bay Springs, Miss.; sister, Deborah Raby of Bay Springs, Miss.; brother, Mike Glenn of Monroe, La.; grandchildren, Fallon Thompson, Kiernan Glenn, Hunter Peeff, Hayden Glenn, Emerson Glenn, Trysten Glenn and Stephen Glenn.
Memorial services were held Wednesday, March 18, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Joe Caballero officiating.
A private family interment will be held at a later date.
