Lee Sheen
Lee Warren Sheen, 48 of Nocona passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 29, in the chapel of the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie with Pastor Larry Kennedy officiating.
Burial followed at Hopewell Cemetery in Stoneburg.
Lee was born Feb. 2, 1972, in Fort Worth to Bert and Jo Ann (Heath) Sheen. He studied psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington and received a certification in technology from Texas State Technical College.
Lee had a gift for writing poetry and extra verses for his favorite hymns. He was an artist and enjoyed doing calligraphy. Smiles and laughs abound for those around him, with his creative jokes and sense of humor. Lee’s great joys in his life were his pets and being an uncle.
He was always willing to lend a helping hand to fellow residents by sharing his extensive DVD collection or assistance with activities.
He is preceded in death by his father Bert Sheen.
Lee is survived by his mother Jo Ann Sheen of Nocona; sisters Suzy Johnston and husband Ernie of Olathe, Kan., and Pam Roberts of Fort Worth; nieces and nephews, Amy Razor and husband Clint of Olathe, Kan., Jeramy Johnston of Kansas City, Moo. and Sid Roberts and Fletcher Roberts, both of Fort Worth,
Arrangements entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie.
