The Holliday Eagles took advantage of every opportunity Friday night dismantling a Nocona Indian team and eliminating Nocona’s slim play-off hopes with a brutal 67-0 thrashing.

Offensively the Indians could not establish any consistency against Holliday’s first team managing just eight first downs in the contest and 96 yards of total offense

Nocona opened the contest in a Wildcat formation with senior wide out Jason Sparkman taking the direct snap, but on the second series Sparkman was picked off at the Indian 21. Three plays later Holliday’s Jaxx Johnson skittered into the end zone from 5 yards out for a quick 7-0 lead.
